CrossFit ATR's Endurance + HYROX Training Club is San Diego's dedicated HYROX training program. Prepping for your first HYROX San Diego event, training for a half marathon, chasing a podium at HYROX Anaheim, or just want to stop dying during burpee broad jumps? You're in the right place.
HYROX is the World Series of Fitness Racing, a global sport combining 8 rounds of running (8km total) with 8 functional workout stations: sled push, sled pull, SkiErg, rowing, burpee broad jumps, wall balls, farmer's carry, and sandbag lunges. CrossFit ATR coaches are HYROX Foundations certified and program specifically for race performance, pacing strategy, station-specific strength, and race-day preparation built into every Sunday session.
Classes run Sundays at 9:00am at CrossFit ATR Mission Valley, right off the 8 and 15 freeways at 5801 Fairmount Ave, San Diego, CA 92120, near Snapdragon Stadium and SDSU. You don't need to be registered for a race to benefit. Endurance + HYROX is included in all CrossFit ATR unlimited memberships.
HYROX-Certified Coaching Staff
CrossFit ATR coaches hold HYROX Foundations certification and program specifically for HYROX San Diego race performance. Pacing strategy, sled work, SkiErg, rowing, and station-to-station transitions. Real race prep from coaches who know the sport.
Running Plus Functional Fitness
Sessions blend structured running with the functional movements HYROX demands, sled pushes, rowing, burpee broad jumps, wall balls, and more, building the aerobic base and muscular endurance that separates people who finish from people who perform.
For All Endurance Levels
You don't need to be training for a race to show up on Sunday mornings. New to endurance training or chasing a podium, sessions scale to your current fitness and progress you toward your goal every week.
