CrossFit Group Classes at CrossFit ATR are the heart of what we do. Every day brings a completely new workout blending strength training, metabolic conditioning, gymnastics, and functional movement, programmed for long-term progress and real results.
On any given morning a class might have someone on their first week of fitness right next to someone who's been training for a decade. Both get a great workout. That's possible because our coaches build scaling options directly into every session. Load, volume, intensity, and movement complexity can all be adjusted for any person based on their goals, fitness level, injuries, mobility, or honestly just how they slept last night.
Our coaching team works with the same members over time, so they actually know you as a person, not just a name on a sign-in sheet. They know when to push and when to back off. CrossFit is tough, but group classes at ATR keep it fun. With 95+ classes per week across Kearny Mesa and Mission Valley, there's always a time that works.
Certified Coach Every Class
Every CrossFit ATR group class is led by a CrossFit Level 1 or Level 2 certified coach who watches your form, cues your movement, and adapts the workout to you in real time. You're never left guessing.
