Knowledge is power and form means everything. CrossFit ATR prides itself on great technique, and we care too much about our athletes to let a gap in knowledge or form lead to injury. That's why every member new to CrossFit completes Foundations before joining group classes.
Foundations is two private, one-on-one sessions with a certified coach. Just you and your coach, no group pressure, no feeling behind. Think of it as a personal lifting school. Sessions cover gymnastics, powerlifting, Olympic lifting, and individualized mobility. Every movement gets broken down and drilled until you truly understand the principles, the cues, and how to scale things in group classes. Your coach also takes time to learn your fitness history so your experience at ATR makes sense for you from day one.
Because Foundations is private, we schedule around you. Mornings, evenings, weekends, whatever works. $160 for both sessions at CrossFit ATR's Kearny Mesa and Mission Valley San Diego locations. The smoothest, most confident way to start CrossFit in San Diego.
